Lawyer, certified intellectual property lawyer

Born in Munich in 1983. Initially studied business administration in Augsburg, then studied law at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. During this time, five years of part-time work in a law firm. Subsequently legal clerkship  in Munich and London. Admitted to the bar in 2015, then worked in a law firm in Munich specialising in civil law, including competition law. Since 2015 lawyer at LermerRaible. Since then, extensive work in the entire field of intellectual property law with a particular focus on legal representation in official proceedings, in infringement proceedings before the ordinary courts, in the worldwide fight against plagiarism and in the administration of extensive trademark portfolios including filing and legal defence. Award of the title “certified intellectual property lawyer” in 2022 after successful participation in the specialist lawyer course “Intellectual Property Law” and proof of the required practical experience. She is authorised to represent clients before all German regional and higher regional courts, the Federal Patent Court, the Federal Court of Justice (nullity actions), the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA), the European Patent Office (EPO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) for European Union trademarks and Community designs and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Also authorised to represent clients at the Swiss Patent and Trademark Office (IGE) and the IPO (UK). Member of the Munich Bar Association and GRUR. Foreign languages: English, Spanish
