Born in Munich in 1974, studied Law at the Ludwig-Maximilian University of Munich and also studying Engineering (Bachelor of Engineering) at the AKAD University of Stuttgart.

Since 2004, advocacy work covering the full spectrum of industrial property rights. Professional activities for several notable law firms in Munich and legal work in particular in the area of trademark law, design law and unfair competition law as well as patent law, especially in the field of mechanical engineering.

Award of the title “Certified IP Attorney at Law” after successful participation in the certified lawyer course “Intellectual Property Law” and the proof of the required practical experience.

Since October 2014 lawyer at LermerRaible IP Law Firm.

Entitled to represent clients as lawyer  before all German Regional Courts and Higher Regional Courts, the Federal Patent Court as well as the Federal Court of Justice (Nullity Actions), the German Patent and Trademark Office (GPTO), the European Patent Office (EPO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in matters of European Union trademarks and Community designs as well as the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

Member of the Munich Bar Association and the German Association for the Protection of Industrial Property and Copyright (GRUR).
